Subscription Details

The Subscription Details panel shows a member's full membership history (as far as the database holds) in tabular form.

The table has the following columns: Membership Category, Requested Start Time, Start Date, Expiry Date, Joining Fee (excluding VAT), Cost (excluding VAT), PayPal Surcharge excluding VAT (if applicable), Google Checkout Surcharge excluding VAT (if applicable), Paid?, Reference Number and Add to Basket (if applicable).

The panel contains a Column Picker for the user to select which columns are displayed. The table is sortable by any of the columns; click column heading once to sort in ascending order, and click again to sort in descending order.

The table cannot be edited.

Online Subscription Payments (via PayPal or Google Checkout)

The PayPal Surcharge, Google Checkout Surcharge and Add to Basket columns will only appear if the club has enabled online subscription payments by either PayPal, Google Checkout or both. If the club accepts online payments, any eligible unpaid subscriptions will contain an Add to Basket link in the column. Users may click this link to add the subscription to the basket and proceed to the checkout. While an online payment is in progress, the column will display "Order Pending" and for subscriptions that have not yet been approved by club administrators the column will display "Awaiting Approval".
