Pricing is based on an annual licence to include entire website Hosting, SQL Server Database, SSL Security Certificate, P3P Privacy Policy and basic site customization (organization name, type, email address etc.) We work out your annual fee based on the type of club (non-profit or commercial) and your total number of members over the previous season.
Your website address will be http://www.myClubhouse.co.uk/<Your Organization's Name>.
Want to use your own domain name? No problem, but there will be additional hosting costs - contact us to discuss.
Simmetrics Ltd will manage the hosting and uploads to your site.

Prices above include an Image Directory and Documents Directory up to 75MB total disk space.
Additional Image and Document disk space may be purchased at £36 + VAT p.a. for each 100MB.

Bespoke Work
Simmetrics Ltd charges for bespoke product customization and data migration at a standard rate of £50 + VAT per hour.
Data Migration
If you have an existing membership database in electronic format, we can set up your site to include a database of your existing members upon launch. In order to do this you will need to supply us with the data in any suitable format e.g. MS Outlook Contacts database, comma separated text file, MS Access database, spreadsheet etc. etc. Membership history can go back as far as you like, it does not need to be existing members only. We will set up the SQL Server database for you. This set-up work will be charged at the standard bespoke work rate.
If you currently have no membership details in electronic format, or you do not wish to have your data migrated, your site will be supplied with a blank database. Your administrators or members will then need to enter your membership data using the forms provided on the site.
