New Site Launching Tools
Once you have been through all the Club Settings sections and customized the site for your club then you will be ready to use the New Site Launching Tools to promote your site to staff and members.
An administrator must login to The Clubhouse and click New Site Launching Tools in the Club Administration panel to be taken to the New Site Launching Tools page.

Introductory Emails
This section explains how to do the following:
Compose an Introductory Email Message - use the Auto-Generated Email Editor to compose an Introductory Message which is customized for each existing member and assigns them their own login details.
Preview the Introductory Email Message - There is a tool to view a preview on the page using your own login details as an example.
Test the Email - click the link to send yourself an introductory email.
Send to Club Officials - click the link to send the introductory email to club officers only.
Send Introductory Email Message to All - click the link to send the introductory email to everyone on your database.
Download Mail Merge File - from this you can extract those members without email addresses and send them an introductory letter.
Send the Mail Merge File to Me by Email - click a link to send yourself an email with mail merge file attached.

Introduction to Club Officials
This section provides tools to compose an email for club officials only. This email explains to club officers what special access privileges they have for The Clubhouse and how they might use the site to help manage the club. Use the Auto-Generated Email Editor to modify the text of the email. The page contains links to Preview and Send the email message.

Reminder Emails
A couple of weeks after launching the site is a good time to give some of your members a bit of a nudge to try it out. In this section there are instructions for composing a reminder email and tools to Preview and Send your message.
