• You register your details on this page and you will be issued with a Promotional Code. That code will confirm you have qualified for the Free Trial Offer.
• You then complete the Order Form as you would if you were buying The Clubhouse but make sure you enter your Promotional Code. You will not be asked for any credit card or other payment details.
• If you have an existing electronic database you are welcome to send it to us so that we can convert it to our SQL Server database system. We will not use your data for any purpose other than setting up your site - please see our Privacy Policy.
• We will set your club up with its own copy of The Clubhouse with your own data installed on the database. You or your designated administrator will be invited to run through the site to do any final set-up requirements e.g. defining Membership Categories and Club Roles. If you have an existing website, you should also add links to The Clubhouse for your members to login and non-members to register.
• When you are ready, each of your members will be issued with a username and password for logging in. The 1-Month Trial will begin now.
• After your club has trialled The Clubhouse and discovered all its benefits, you will be invited to buy an annual licence. If you agree - great! You get to keep the site and will be invoiced for your first year. If, for any reason, you do not wish to purchase The Clubhouse at this time, we will remove your copy from the web. With your permission we will save your data in case you change your mind in the near future, otherwise it will be deleted.
